CM Punk Accused of Stealing GTS Move by a former WWE Superstar

CM Punk has so far been away from WWE for ages and fans are still full with excitement to really see the “best in the world” come back.

CM Punk put a change in WWE throughout his final years by dropping famous pipe bombs and battling WWE and Vince McMahon.

He often use to appear in an unprecedented number of matches that became legendary. His money in the Bank 2011 match with John Cena as well as the 2013 match in SummerSlam with Brock Lesnar has come of as one of the generation’s greatest matches.

Through several years, the ‘Voice of voiceless people’ often won a variety of matches and its trademark move, GTS (Go To Sleep) has become one of the main components of its remarkable achievements.

As the name suggests, not many superstars emerged out until the GTS struck them. However, CM Punk is suspected of stealing the GTS move by the new NJPW and former WWE NXT star Kenta (Hideo Itami).

Earlier Kenta posted a video of him executing the GTS move on his opponent Mitsuharu Misawa during a live event in the early 2000s.

Though it was CM Punk who made the move famous, Kenta has accused him of stealing his move.

This is not the first time that this happen. Many wrestlers have taken inspiration of others move and created a own version of that.

Currently one of the deadliest move in WWE ‘RKO’ is not Randy Ortan’s creation, however he was the one who took the move to the top of the world.

CM Punk has not yet responded to the accusation made by Kenta, but it will be quite interesting to see what Punk will do.
